  • Your reservation

    How can I book an apartment or a house?

    To make a reservation, choose your accommodation from our list of accommodations. Click on the «Book Now» button and complete the booking form. Following the confirmation of payment, you’ll automatically receive by e-mail a validation for your reservation.

    Your booking request can also be made by e-mail or via live chat with a bank transfer payment method. Consult the next section to learn more about booking by e-mail or via chat.

  • I couldn't find the accommodation I wanted, do you have others to suggest to me?

    If no accommodation is available or does not match your search criteria, contact us by e-mail or via live chat and we will try to find suitable accommodation for your stay in Algarve.

  • Is it possible to rent an accommodation without making an online reservation?

    Yes, you can make a reservation request by e-mail or via live chat.

    However, your reservation will not be automatically confirmed, we will have to check the availability of the accommodation. The following information is required to process your request:

    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Arrival date
    • Departure date

    Payment by bank transfer may follow the availability confirmation e-mail in which you will find our bank details. The reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of your payment.

  • Where can I find the address of my booked accommodation?

    The address of your accommodation will be communicated to you by e-mail following the booking confirmation.

  • Is it possible to cancel my reservation?

    If you have chosen a booking option with the possibility of cancellation, you can make a cancellation request by e-mail at least 14 days before arrival to receive a full refund. If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund (less service charges). In case of cancellation within 7 days before your trip, the reservation is not refundable.

  • What are the house rules?

    The house rules are indicated during the online booking process. You can also find it in the Terms and Conditions page, in your booking confirmation e-mail or as printed document in your booked accommodation.

    How are the recommended activities managed?

    All activities suggested on our website are not linked to a partnership and are not managed by us. We are therefore not in a position to take care of the organization of these activities and are not responsible for their management.

    We simply suggest some of the most famous activities to give you some references during your holidays in Algarve.

  • Is there a service provided for transfer from the airport?

    No, unfortunately we do not take care of your transfer from Faro Airport (FAO), Algarve, Portugal.

    However, various car rental companies offer their services upon your arrival. Taxis and public buses are also available at the airport.

  • Can I rent an accommodation for a long period of time?

    Yes, it is possible to rent an accommodation for more than one month during off-season and depending on the availability of the accommodation.

  • Payment methods

    Can I pay for my reservation without a credit card?

    Yes, it is possible to make a bank transfer by making your reservation request by e-mail or via live chat.

    However, your reservation will not be automatically confirmed, we will have to check the availability of the accommodation. The following information is required to process your request:

  • How are my bank details processed?

    All your personal data is secured with an SSL certificate.

    Your bank details are processed via the Stripe online payment system, which respects the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as we do. These data are never stored on our website.
